Elizabet Vegh

Owner and creator of Lyre Healthy Lifestyle and its methodology.

I have been fascinated by the beauty of nature, the animal kingdom, the spiritual world, the freedom of the arts, sports and traditional philosophies of life and healing methods since my childhood! Through various trials and tribulation over the course of my life these values helped me to be strong and become the person who I am today.

It's no coincidence that I had one of the most beautiful experiences as a teenager, as I trained at the prestigious Baross Imre Acrobatforming Comprehensive circus school and “NádasdiFerenc”  High School of the Hungarian Dancing School. For that reason, I've travelled a lot in my life and lived in several places. I gained valuable assets, such as speaking multiple languages, the ability to work in a team and within international groups, knowledge of how to protect the physical and mental wellbeing of others, and knowledge of other cultures, all of which broadened my vision. In addition, these positions required a great deal of strength and endurance. This strength always helped me to get through some of the most difficult life experiences.

I am constantly studying, taking part in training programmes, developing my own self- knowledge, and overcoming obstacles, on a physical, mental and subconscious level.

“Life is a continuous learning process”
While developing myself and helping others, I realised that for a successful, happy, balanced life, the much-mentioned 4 pillars of relaxing, eating, moving, and sleeping needed to be deepened and expanded a little. The basis of our health is that there is harmony around us, and we can take a holistic view to look at the whole picture. The loops of the instrument signify aspects of our lives.

1.   Let us live (consciously) close to nature: the benefits are increased happiness hormones, and reduce danger, depression and anxiety. We provide retreats, holiday camps and half term programmes for all ages.

2.   The harmony of our home and environment: increase positive vibes, happiness using Feng Shui and interior design.

3.   Ambitious, well – groomed individuals: can radiate a sense of self-esteem. We offer beauty and body treatments.

4.   The health of our physical body by various physical activities: better coordination strength and balance, weight loss, increased happiness. Decreased stress, depression and injuries. Less likely to develop diseases. Varied Fitness, Dance and Yoga could help to achieve this.

5.   Consumption of healthy nutritious meals and usage of natural products: support immune system, increase energy, aid in weight loss. Cleaner, healthier organs and body system. Less toxic build up in your body and skin irritation. Decreases risk of diseases such as, cancers, diabetes, heart and cholesterol issues. Health Coach and Nutrition, Ayurvedic Consultant and Herbalist could support you with your goals.

6.   Improve our mental health with relaxation, meditation and spiritual well-being: raise self-awareness, boost focus and capacity for stress management. Stimulate creativity and imagination. In addition, it provides you with a healthier nervous system which leads to a healthier body. These all contribute to better sleep. We use Yoga, Ayurvedic Lifestyle, Energy healing and Nepalese Singing bowl to promote these states.

7.   Healthy awareness and regular daily routine: Aim to wake up, eat, and go to bed at the same time every day. Exercise at the right time. Decrease the amount of time spent on electronic devices. Reduce stress, boost positive thinking, energy and emotional wellbeing. Better sleep. Health Coach and Nutrition, Yoga and Ayurvedic Lifestyle, Mindset supports you to achieve this.

8.   To become aware of abilities and skills: astrology, name numerology to discover the hidden messages in your birth date and name which have an influence on your behaviour, relationships, and recognise the professional skills you were born with. These help to improve your goals and MINDSET.

9.   Family community and society: “Humans are born with an innate capacity for forming social connections”. As a mother of two amazing but challenging children, I know they need it too for healthy emotional and behavioural development, and I know how hard it is to deal with everyday tasks in a nuclear family or as a single parent. I truly believe family, and being in the right community has the power to help people, which is why I created LYRE.

Thus, we at LYRE focus on constructing more pillars within groups, families and the wider community.

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”

Lyre methodology will present all this through a holistic system which I have built and which each situation and individual will be assessed in totality, as mentioned above.

If we learn to use these harmoniously, we will get closer to a successful, healthy, richer, and truly happier life!

James LOVELOCK Gaia Theory:

The Gaia theory posits that the Earth is a self-regulating complex system involving the biosphere, the atmosphere, the hydrospheres and the pedosphere, tightly coupled as an evolving system. The theory sustains that this system as a whole, called Gaia, seeks a physical and chemical environment optimal for contemporary life.

Gaia evolves through a cybernetic feedback system operated unconsciously by the biota, leading to broad stabilization of the conditions of habitability in a full homeostasis. Many processes on the Earth's surface essential for the conditions of life depend on the interaction of living forms, especially microorganisms, with inorganic elements. These processes establish a global control system that regulates Earth's surface temperature, atmosphere composition and ocean salinity, powered by the global thermodynamic disequilibrium state of the Earth system. The existence of a planetary homeostasis influenced by living forms had been observed previously in the field of biogeochemistry, and it is being investigated also in other fields like Earth system science.

The originality of the Gaia theory relies on the assessment that such homeostatic balance is actively pursued with the goal of keeping the optimal conditions for life, even when terrestrial or external events threaten them.
